Podcast: University of Texas, ‘critical mass’ & affirmative action

October 10, 2012
By

John is a liberty activist from Charleston, SC who keeps the site The Real Liberal. In this interview he discusses a recent article about the University of Texas and the legal challenge to its program of racial bias referred to as  ’affirmative action.’ He also gets into the undefinable term of ‘critical mass’ which appears to be at the heart of the legal case and UT-Austin President Bill Power’s claim that ‘We’ll know it when we see it.’ John comes at the issue from a libertarian viewpoint and talks about the government pushing demographic and social change as well as his thoughts on the question of justice at the University of Texas.
