LMAO!

Those who worship the state are constantly attempting to use christian scriptures in order to justify the theft that governments rename as a “tax”... it is a bad as the old argument of Divine Right, which was to reject your king (government) was to reject god himself.

The scripture regarding Caesar and god is very simple to understand. First off, what did Caesar ever create? Nothing, therefore he lacks a legitimate claim to anything that the people have. Everything that the government has is stolen through force or the threat of force. This is also the reason why the Old Testament prophets warned against a civil government rightly predicting that any civil government the jews choose would steal from the people via taxes, demand that the people turn their children over to the government to fight wars and a whole long list of other atrocities that a civil government will demand of the people.

Second point, just because Caesar stamped his image on a piece of silver did not mean that it was his. After all, in the old testaments the creator makes it clear that he owns all the gold and silver. The only way to honestly acquire any material possessions is by voluntarily exchanging them with other people or harvesting them from the environment yourself (and even then you are merely its caretaker as it all belongs to the creator).

Quit drinking the Kool Aid and realize that the involuntary transfer of money (or goods) is theft. It doesn’t matter if the person who is doing it is the thug on the street or a fictitious government entity.

the29thtn, be careful where you tread. Jesus never called tax collection itself a sin. He called the scams that tax collectors ran in order to make extra profits sinful. Remember that, when asked whether or not it is right to pay taxes unto Caesar, He asked whose picture was on a coin. "Caesar's" was the reply, to which He answered, "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's, and unto God that which is God's." So it is not the issuance or collection of taxes that is immoral. Is it those who make unfair profit off of this practice at the expense of the taxpayers that are immoral.
