I don’t know specifically about southern Alabama (I’m from SC) but I do know that the League (LS) is very active in Alabama in general.

Just remember, “Rebel” is a Yankee term given to the brave souls looking for independence in 1860-61. At one time it was a thing of pride to refer to myself as one, but as I have learned more about the true history of events during that time period (thanks SNN, LOS and many, many others), the term Rebel should go onto the ash heap of history for true Southern Nationalists.
I think our individual states’ songs should be our anthems.

My 3rd Great Grandfather was a cooperationist but voted for secession at Alabama’s Secession in 1861. I think his experiences during and after the war, he became sheriff of Marshall County, would vindicate those of his fellow citizens who were known as “straight-outs!”

My favourite Southern song is ‘The Bonnie Blue Flag’ even though the flag itself is not my favourite. But I love the lyrics to that song. They say everything: ‘We are a band of brother, and native to the soil, fighting for our liberties….’ Great song.

Mike P. did say that he agrees the Empire at this point can’t be reformed. He is much more hard-core than I think he was back when he ran for president. A lot of people are, in fact. Everyone seems to be going through a period of radicalisation. This is certainly positive. He played a great version of ‘Dixie’ and referred to it as the ‘national anthem.’ I don’t think he would have done that a few years ago.

Thanks for the great uploads Michael. I voted for Mike one time, but I’m an Unreconstructed southerner. At this point in the game. I could really care less about the ” American ” empire or revering the ” founders ” in the general sense or even America in the general sense. Even when the country was founded there were the scoundrels afoot who ended up winning and putting where we are today.

I lament the loss of the loosely held United States destroyed in 1861 and the agrarian Confederate states destroyed in 1865. My wish is to seek a restoration of something along those lines. I want nothing to do with the idea of America the great almighty house on a hill or America in general. Much too vague.

America the great Rah Rah Cis Boom Bah has to go. IMO. Heads down in humility and purpose, Hearts with faith, willing to pay whatever price is needed.
