Podcast: Obamacare, the South & secession

June 28, 2012
By

This evening on the SNN podcast we talked with Hunter Wallace, the editor of Occidental Dissent, about the US Supreme Court’s decision to uphold Obamacare, the South’s resistance to the destructive US agenda over the last 50 years and the prospects for secession. Along the way we also discussed why the South has no future in the US, the futility of looking to the Federal courts for salvation and the different events which turn people against the Empire. Southern nationalists and secessionists will surely want to check out Wallace’s series ‘The Cost of the Union.’

I don’t want to get mine or everyone else’s hopes up too much but I came across a blog posting on the Americanthinker.com website. Now, this site is a big pro war neocon website. This posting is titled ” Hard Questions for Conservatives In the Wake of SCOTUS Ruling.” The blog posting itself isn’t too bad but it was the reader’s comments that got my attention. There were very positive comments about the South. There were some readers who understood the true significance about Lincoln’s war and how it led to the centralization of power in DC. And there was talk about secession. I hope this turns into a positive trend and that more people will give the futile effort to reform the Federal government and join our side.

you’re right AF there is lots of talk of secession in the comments. I hope the trend continues. I have associates on Facebook who are usually “pro-empire” but we usually agree on domestic issues talking of secession. They still think voting Romney, the “lesser of two evils” will “bring back America”. but I think many folks are waking up to the reality that the American Union has failed and the States need to go their separate ways.
