Alien vs. Predator was a popular science fiction film made in 2004 and is part of a successful media series that includes both movies and comic books and stand-alone Alien and Predator productions. The marketing slogan of the 2004 film was “Whoever wins… we lose.”
Being a fan of the series I posted a picture of one of the Predators on my Facebook page today with a note that read “The Feds are the real predators.” Given the Feds’ Social Security ponzi scheme, military adventurism around the planet, waste of billions of hard earned dollars and their inflationary fiat money system I thought this was appropriate and somewhat funny.
One of my Facebook friends who goes by the name Substantia Erus replied insight-fully ”The key difference between the two is, the alien predators hunt for honor and lifeforms of similar strengths with no assumptions of arrogance. The feds hunt weaker lifeforms and other mundanes for profitable gains, logic and morals be dammed.”
He certainly has a good point. The real horror in the universe is Washington, DC.
